Design fees and digital files
When you place a custom order with Tucker Production, you are paying for the design and fabrication service. The purchase does not include transfer of ownership of the digital design file or intellectual property rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Ownership and reuse
Designs created by Tucker Production remain our intellectual property. We may modify, reproduce, adapt, and sell those designs independently, including designs originally commissioned by customers.
Exclusive rights and licensing
No exclusivity is implied by a custom order. If you need exclusive design rights, licensing, or restrictions on future reuse, please contact us before production so we can discuss a separate agreement.
